2023 Summerlin Festival of Arts
Artists across the country are invited to apply for the Summerlin Festival of Arts, October 13-15, 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Summerlin Festival of Arts is a popular and established outdoor art festival. Set on a grassy area, the Lawn, in beautiful Downtown Summerlin’s walkable, open-air fashion, dining and entertainment venue in the affluent Summerlin area of Las Vegas, the highly successful event features the works of more than 100 fine artists and fine craftspeople. 5th Annual Lines, Shapes & Objects Art Competition
Fusion Art invites submissions for the 5th Annual Lines, Shapes & Objects online art competition, June 7 – Sept. 6, 2023. Cash prizes and an invitation to Fusion Art’s Annual Group Show in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2024 for Best in Show winners. Jurors: Chris & Valerie Hoffman. Both 2D and 3D artists, worldwide, are invited to submit their best art and photography depicting lines, shapes & objects. The artwork can range from realism to surrealism to abstraction and all artists, regardless of experience, are encouraged to submit their best representative and/or abstract work in any media. $25 for 1 image / $40 for up to 5 images. Landscapes Art Competition
Grey Cube Gallery proudly presents the fourth “Landscapes” online art contest for the month of June 2023. Open to all artists worldwide over 18 years of age. Seeking any art with interpretation of natural elements such as mountains, hills, valleys, deserts, forests, farmland, trees, rivers, lakes, polar regions, rainforests, islands and tropical landscapes. All visual art mediums (except video and sound) are allowed. Best of Show, first, second and third place will be largely displayed with an article about the artist and their work. Pushing the Envelope: Finding New Ground
Upstream Gallery in Hastings on Hudson, NY seeks entries for a juried exhibition, June 29 – July 23, 2023. Jurors: Enrico Giordano, Nancy Nikkal, Luis Perelman. Artists are invited to submit 2-D or 3-D work that primarily uses non-traditional materials. Successful entries will demonstrate clear thematic relationships among two or more pieces. All materials must be non-flammable and non-toxic. Photography is not eligible. Maximum size may not exceed 40 x 60 inches. Accepted pieces must be professionally presented and able to be hung if needed (properly wired or mounted for hanging). 3-D work must be ready for wall-mounting or have a base included. $45 entry fee. International Art Competition Animals
Contemporary Art Room Gallery is proud to announce their 6th “Animals” Online Art Competition for the month of June. All selected artists will receive a digital award certificate. First, second and third place will be displayed with an article about the artist and their work. First place will be on the poster of the show. This is an international competition and artists and photographers from around the world are welcome to submit their best artworks. A variety of interpretations of Animals theme can be submitted (representative, abstract, conceptional). All visual art mediums are acceptable (painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, digital, prints, fiber art, collage or installation art) except sound and video art. $18 for 2 images, $28 for 4, and $40 for up to 6 images.
