Hello again! One last thing to check off the list. Today and Friday Shadowboxing Factory will be closed, since it is Thanksgiving Weekend. Now there is one thing we haven’t done in a good while. Saturday we will get back to doing our podcast.

Don’t know what time we will post it but be on the lookout for it. For us here in the US, will celebrate Thanksgiving and try not to eat too much. Have a safe, healthy, happy, and blessed holiday.
