Good evening, everyone! How is your week looking so far? Our week is pretty good. We are free, well almost, from the Fall semester and we are studying for our finals. At the same time, we are off from our day jobs and have been putting our focus on Shadowboxerinc Factory.

We haven’t posted anything from Artshow, but today we are making up for it.

Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery announces the 14th Annual “Nature” Online Art Competition. The “Nature” theme is the artist’s interpretation and depiction of nature subjects including geographical subjects, landscapes, natural objects, wildlife and natural environments. Artists worlwide are invited to submit any artwork that was inspired by, or showcases, landscapes in any of its forms. Au Naturel: The Nude in the 21st Century

Clatsop Community College seeks entries for an international juried art exhibition, January 23 – March 13, 2025, at the Royal Nebeker Gallery in Astoria, OR. $1000 in cash prizes. Up to $2000 in purchase awards. One or more artists may be chosen to be featured in a group or solo exhibit. Juror: Laura Ross Paul. Competition is open to all artists, 18 years or older, working in any drawing, painting, and printmaking media with a focus on the nude human figure in any form ranging from representational to abstract, and in which the handmade mark is employed as the primary means of image-making. A limited number of three-dimensional works may also be considered. Lab Art Prize – Venice ’25 edition
