Photo-Based Solo Exhibitions

Manifest in Cincinnati, OH is eager to receive proposals for solo exhibitions of various types of photo-based visual art for this season-launching exhibition. We will review them starting in mid-April in consideration for the September 28 – October 26, 2018 exhibition period. No notifications are made until the final selection is decided (anticipated by June 1st). Our goal is to select from one to three solo exhibitions for this timeframe. These will be concurrent with two competitive FotoFocus- sponsored group exhibitions at Manifest. We are requesting only solo exhibition proposals for this Photo-based exhibition opportunity. Hello everyone! The Artexpo New York 2018 is coming and there is a lot of information that I need to give to you. Firstly, this exhibition is celebrating 40 years. This giant exhibition has showcased artists from Andy Warhol, Keith Harring, and many more. Not only to display great artwork, Artexpo has changed the way people buy and sell art.

Each year thousands of art industry insiders flock to Artexpo New York in search of the art and artists that will shape trends in galleries worldwide. Hosting more than 32,000 avid art enthusiasts annually, we’re the largest international gathering of qualified trade buyers—including gallery owners and managers, art dealers, interior designers, architects, corporate art buyers, and art and framing retailers.

Open rooftop parking at Pier 92 is $35 for 10 hours or $40 for 24 hours. Please access Pier 92 parking via the automobile ramp at the intersection of 55th Street and the West Side Highway. All vehicles should follow signs for the NYC Passenger Ship Terminal parking. Please note that height restriction is 8’6”.

This exhibition examines the work and legacy of influential Spanish couturier Cristóbal Balenciaga, with over 100 pieces crafted by ‘the master’ of couture, his protégées and contemporary fashion designers working in the same innovative tradition.
