ART SCENE NEWSLETTER: DOWNTOWN FAIR & MAKING IT

April 23, 2014 Good Morning! After a nice relaxing week and a half, Art Scene Newsletter has returned with two exciting news:   INAUGURAL DOWNTOWN FAIR HAS COME TO NEW YORK A new art fair is making it’s début in New York City. Downtown Fair, a new modern and contemporary art fair produced by Art Miami, is marking its inaugural debut next month on May 8-11, 2014 during Frieze Week. There is an invitation only High-Tea VIP Preview from 2 – 5pm, Thursday, May 8. This is the First View for invited VIP collectors and accredited members of the Press, and welcomes collectors, art enthusiasts, curators and international visitors through Sunday, May 11. Downtown has chosen fifty international galleries such as Accola Griefen Gallery in New York, Arcature Fine Art in Palm Beach, Flowers in London, Nicholas Metivier Gallery in Toronto to Galerie von Braunbehrens in Munich.
