Hello again…Finally I review Halloween Ends. I know it’s late, but better late than ever. I wasn’t even sure I wanted to see this last part of the franchise…not really the end, but…anyhoo.

I wasn’t impressed with Halloween Kills…it was a big pile of garbage. I’m starting to think the same about this one.
It’s four years since Halloween Kills. Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis) is living with her granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak). You remember that Laurie’s daughter, Allyson’s mom, Karen (Judy Greer) was killed by Michael Myers in the last film.
Laurie is finally letting go of the fear and rage that has plagued her for most of her life and is embracing life. She is also in the middle of writing a memoir. We haven’t heard from Michael for a bit, but here is where the story goes a bit south. A young man by the name of Corey Cunningham (Rohan Campbell) gets involved. When he was a teen, he was babysitting a neighborhood boy named Jeremy, but the child was killed by Corey during a prank gone wrong. From what I remember he was cleared of manslaughter. What happens next goes down hill.
This film would’ve been better if the writing wasn’t so dismal.
