Box Office / November 26-28, 2021

Hello! I hope everyone enjoyed their wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday weekend for my readers living in the US, me included (I just had to add that!). A new week and a new month, December 2021 is coming and I’m getting a lot of activities posted for this week. Let’s get started with the holiday box office. Encanto, the new Disney animated film has topped the list with $142M, according to CNBC.

Ghostbusters: Afterlife gained $87.8M in second place and House of Gucci gained $21.8M for third. Not bad really. Unfortunately, Resident Evil: Welcome to Racoon City came in fifth with a weak $8.8M. Here is the rest of the list…

For those seeing the films in theaters, be careful. We are still living with this COVID mess and another variant is on the rise in some countries so please be careful!
