A NOTE FROM OUR DIRECTOR School updates and how ASoP is committed to keeping every student healthy |
|
|
Hello, current, former and future students of ASoP-
I wanted to take the opportunity to give some updates about how ASoP is handling the outbreak of the Coronavirus/Covid-19.
As you can see already, with the amazing rapid response of our super-hero staff and instructors, we have begun to offer workshops online. We hope that you take advantage of them, if you have any questions regarding online workshops, classes, or private lessons, please do not hesitate to reach out at any point!
We’re in the last week of classes for our February/March session and we’re offering an online option through Zoom for students who are not able to attend or do not feel comfortable attending class in person. This is a new venture for us, and we hope that we can continue through to the April session if need be. As of right now, all April classes will continue as scheduled at the ASoP campus. However, we’re looking to this week to see how well the online option can integrate into the classroom experience for our students. We’ll be sure to keep everyone updated if anything should change or there are any new online offerings for the April session.
We are also currently reviewing all of our previously scheduled workshops to analyze the risk factors, and move them online if possible. Please see our flyer below as to how ASoP is keeping in classroom learning safe and clean.
If you are currently signed up for a workshop, we will be providing you with updates very soon if you have not received an update already.
We prioritize the health and safety of our students first and foremost. If you are currently registered for a workshop and do not feel comfortable attending, please do not hesitate to reach out, we have the following options available:
- Hold your registration until the workshop becomes available again
- Transfer your registration as a credit for a future workshop, class, or private lesson
- Issue a full refund
I want to thank every single one of you for sticking by us in these crazy times. For myself, our instructors and staff, your support mean the world to us. Again, our inboxes and phone lines are always open, please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time, and hope to see you all in class again real soon!
