Hello everyone! Only one update to give, if there are any more, I hope. I received this tidbit from my many emails and it’s from The Writer.
They are having their Short Story Contest and the deadline is December 2. For those of you interested, you have plenty of time to gather on who, what, when, where about your short story. Here are the details below…

2019 Fall Short Story Contest
Ends on
Submit your very best fictional short story in 2,000 words or less. Any theme, subject, or genre is fair game, as long as it falls under 2,000 words.
Deadline: December 2, 2019
Grand prize: $1,000 and publication in our magazine
Word count: 2,000 words or less
Other prizes: Our second-place winner will receive $500 and publication on our website, writermag.com; our third-place winner will receive $250 and publication on writermag.comas well.
