I’ve been working on this blog for a long time. Four years actually. All I ask is that you guys be patient. I’m still trying to navigate this theme. So don’t be alarmed by what you see. The DC Talent Development team fielded more than a thousand entries again this year, selecting the best of the best among aspiring writers.
