Reflections: One of Kind Artist

April 28 / 16 artist: a person who produces works in any of the arts that are primarily subject to aesthetic criteria. are persons having superior skill or ability, or who are capable of producing superior work. An artist is a person engaged in some type of fine art. An artisan is engaged in a craft or applied art. An artist is usually a skilled public performer. There have been tributes to Prince since his shocking death last week. I just wanted to give a short reflect on the kind of artist he was. I fondly remember listening to the Purple Rain album, When Doves Cry, Purple Rain, Computer Blue….His earlier songs Controversy, 1999….they have permanently made a mark. He was unique creatively and like other artists, he pushed the envelope. He was an artist who loved his craft. So today, Shadowbox would like to reflect on the artist.           Enjoy the rest of your Thursday, be blessed.                     featured image: bet.com     Advertisements
